Cancellation Policy

At MotionWing, we provide businesses with the flexibility to manage their service commitments while ensuring a responsible and secure offboarding process. This policy explains how cancellation works, what steps are required, and how we handle your data post-cancellation.


Client-Initiated Cancellations

You may cancel your services with MotionWing by providing written notice at least 15 days in advance. All requests must be emailed to support@motionwing.net with the subject line: Service Cancellation Request.


Requirements Before Cancellation

To ensure a smooth cancellation process, the following must be completed:

  • All outstanding balances must be cleared

  • Ongoing transactions or settlements must be finalized

  • System integrations and API access should be disabled if no longer needed


Cancellations Initiated by MotionWing

MotionWing reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately under the following conditions:

  • Violation of our terms or breach of contract

  • Detection of unlawful, fraudulent, or suspicious activity

  • Failure to meet legal or compliance obligations


Data Retention and Disposal

Upon cancellation, MotionWing retains transaction records and account data only as long as required by law or regulatory standards. Once the retention period expires, data will be securely deleted from our systems.
